ABOUT ME
I'm an acoustic and electric guitarist who also sings. (I'm a guitarist/songwriter 1st and a singer 2nd.) I've been playing guitar for over 20 years and I've done some studio work over the years. I used to be in an original alternative rock band here in C.S. called Accidental Superhero. I'm a solid rhythm guitarist as well as a accomplished, melodic lead guitarist. I always strive to balance chops with taste, feel and originality and I'm equally comfortable on acoustic or electric guitar. I play a variety of styles and hope to find a gig that blends (or is inspired by) several musical genres. That keeps music fresh for me.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Ideally, forming a new group with other skilled, original musicians. Genre isn't that important to me as long as the tunes have soul/groove, the lyrics are thoughtful and we're enjoying ourselves. I'm also a BIG believer in band chemistry and in checking your ego at the door so that it doesn't get in the way. No drugs.
- Also, I'm very open to joining an existing group or picking up some extra gigs. All covers, all original or any point in between.
