Hello, I am Jayden, a junior at a local high school.
I am from Vietnam, currently living in Garden Grove. I had musical lessons since I was 4, my very first instruments to play were the keyboard and piano. Entering 1st grade, I started to play the violin and then attended the audion at Conservatory of Ho Chi Minh City (one of three conservatories in Vietnam besides Hanoi Conservatory of Music and Hue Conservatory). During 5th grade, I started to teach myself how to play the Chinese flute and acoustic guitar. I took chord progressions for guitar, so I can easily compose the chords for songs. At the end of 7th grade, my family moved to America. Leaving the conservatory of music did not stop my passion, I bought a guitar here and practiced every single day. Last year, 2020, I bought a Fender electric guitar and grew interest in rock, especially pop punk. I am practicing every day. I also write songs in Vietnamese and English.
