SEEKINGBand to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard.
Have played drums for 40 years. Have taught, toured, and played in bands ranging from high school bands, to wedding bands, to frat bands, to blues bands, funk bands, to classic cover rock bands in large clubs opening for headliners, etc.
I’m looking for a group of skilled players that want to play some fun cover music, and play out occasionally. Not interested in writing, or playing for money. The goal is to have a few sets of really great fun music and play out and have everybody in the club loving it, dancing etc.
I am looking for people serious enough to practice on their own and come together prepared so that we can make progress quickly and put together several sets of really fun music. And have fun while practicing!

All over the map. I love all of the rock and funk of the 70s and 80s, also loved a lot of the early 90s alternative music. I pretty much hate pop music and anything computerized.
For artists, in no particular order: Beatles, Aerosmith, RHCP, Zeppelin, Stones, Police, Van Morrisson, J Geils, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Floyd, KOL, SRV, The Who, Clash, Clapton, Bob Marley, Radiohead, Petty, U2, Weezer, STP, Doors, Allman Bros, Sublime, Bowie, REM, Simple Minds, Killers, Green Day, Bad Co, Boston, Dire Straits, Isley Bros, Springsteen, Jack White/Raconteurs/Stripes, Very difficult to really nail this down. The list goes on and on.
Several kits. Main kit is DW Collectors. Acoustic drums only- I don’t own any electronica drums.
