Hello, my name is Jeff Tackett and I manage and own a touring Christian/Country group that is currently based out of Defiance, OH. We are looking to add some quality individuals and seasoned musicians to our band that are ministry minded and want to use their gift of music to encourage, uplift and entertain. I’m a professional that has been traveling for 35 years and we currently do over 100 events and venues annually. I have invested a lot of time and money into this group so I’m not interested in drama or musicians that can’t be committed. The group currently consist of 3 dynamic vocalists, professional Sound Tech, percussionist and rhythm Guitar/Piano/bass player. I’m looking for a Lead Guitarist and keyboardist that can perform new style country. Both musicians will need to be able to play intricate leads and vamps and not just power chords or rhythm licks. Our travel schedule is 40-45 weekends annually and we travel in a 45’ coach with sleeping, lounge and full bathroom that includes a shower.
