Band to Join, Vocalist, Bass Guitar, Drums, Keyboard.

ABOUT

Many years experience playing live music in the St. Louis area playing covers. I would like to start a new band doing mostly Rock covers, with some Pop and a few newer Country songs. My last several bands have been female fronted, so my current repertoire is a little heavy on female sung tunes. I consider myself a solid player, not a shredder, but capable of playing rhythm and lead parts on electric guitar as well as help with some backing vocals as necessary. I LOVE performing live and would ideally like to play about 3 weekends per month. I am open to joining an existing group as long as I have a fair amount of input on song choices. I would prefer to build a band with like-minded people that I have chemistry with and that enjoy playing and performing as much as I do. My ideal band would have a stand-out front female vocalist, another guitarist or keyboard player, bass guitar and drums. I have rehearsal space with enough PA for practice. I have good quality equipment in my guitar rig.

Influences

Too many to mention, but currently I really listen to a lot of newer Rock and Alternative Rock. Never have heard a bad Foo Fighters song...LOL

EQUIPMENT

Currently playing Epi Custom Les Pauls. Had several Gibsons, but honestly think these sound and play just as nice. I run a Shure Wireless into a Line 6 Hd500 using the 4 cablle method. Use a Voo Doo Lab Control Switcher to change my amp channels via midi and love my little Egnater Rebel 30 sound. Don't use amp modeling, just effects and midi from the Line 6. I run the Egnater through a Marshall 4x12A Lead Cab. Nice sounding rig.
