I am JeffD. I am a songwriter, chiefly on guitar.
Working title for the band: "The Eighty-Twenties"
I have more than an album's worth of original music written and recorded in demo form, and some of the lyrics written, with working song titles. The songs range from country / folk / finger style acoustic to rockabilly to electronic / ska to hard rock.
Everything I write swings and moves with energy, I am not interested in slow, endless, doped out blues jams.
I am now looking for a male vocalist / songwriter to collaborate with and complete the album. I am not looking to play only cover band material.
After we demo the vocals, we can find a drummer, bassist and producer and complete the mastered album, and thence...?
