In the 80's I sang in many working bands but the most popular was Millennium. I was lead singer for nearly 3 years and played 20+ nights per month.
I'm self employed so my schedule is very flexible for practice and playing.
I really enjoy singing lead and some killer high harmonies.
Looking to sing with and front an existing or new band.
I still have a strong higher range Styx, Dokken, U2, Bad Company, etc.
If it's a good song, it's a good song! Whether it's Rock, Country, etc.
I don't want to be in a band that's playing 85% of what all other bands are playing.
I want to sing the songs that take people on a mental journey and reminds them of a place and time in their lives.
If people dance, great! If not but are moved by the song, that's great also!
Too many bands worry about keeping the floor full instead of entertaining and moving people.
Play what you do better than others and the rest will happen.
Some will get it, most won't.
Maybe I'm looking for a unicorn?
