ABOUT

I'm one guy representing four guys starting a new project, mid 20's, a lead guitar, a keyboardist/accordion player, a trombonist/multi instrumentalist/music major, and a rhythm guitar player/vocalist with lots of past band/gigging/booking/promoting experience here in the new England area. Looking to take it all the way this time around and get some real success, at least locally. This band is likely to be a hit, so don't be shy.

First priority is writing and professionally recording/producing a full length album. Already have good chunk of material written. No flakes or half-assers need apply. No one looking to make money should apply either. The goal is to have a financially stable band popular enough to pay for all of it's own expenses, not to quit our day jobs (we've all got 'em). Please, cooperative team players only, people with an understanding that it takes more than an ability to play an instrument to be in a band. Must have transportation and stage worthy gear.

We currently practice in Brookfield MA with space and P.A equipment, but will be relocating for the winter season to a Paxton practice space in the next month or so. Practice is once a week (twice if and when possible/necessary) with lots of email trading of song ideas and whatnot. Looking for:
Drums
Bass (Upright would be fantastic)
Horns/woodwinds
Violin/cello/glockenspiel? Whatever, we're open to ideas.
Being able to do backup vox is a plus.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME SEEKING TO DO EXCLUSIVELY VOCALS. THE ANSWER IS NO.

420 friendly, no hard drug addicts. Sound interesting? Shoot me an email. Something with an attachment of you playing a little would be optimal. I can provide samples of things we've done in the past and scratch tracks of what we're doing now.

**I doubt anyone actually uses band mix, but if they do, DO NOT CONTACT ME ON HERE! Email me at Jeffdjones617 at aol and we'll talk**
