40 year old female violinist and vocalist (alto) seeking a group of musicians in the Sandhills, NC area to jam with for fun and to hopefully start a band; or, seeking an existing band to join. I have been playing violin and singing for 31 years. I played in a gigging bluegrass band several years ago; have played in numerous classical orchestras; and most recently played in a two-member band - we had a weekly gig as the house band at a popular bar in my hometown.

Influences
My favorite genres of music to perform are acoustic/folk, classic rock, and crossover (country/rock); however, I am a fan of and open to performing most types of music - I just love performing music with other talented and like-minded musicians.
