Experienced Drum Set (Live and Studio/Session) /Percussionist/Drum Corps Snare player and Lessons Teacher looking for FILL-IN and SHORT-TERM BAND GIGS (long-term depends on music type), and SESSION WORK (Full Originals, tracked with click or live, Jingles, Percussion additions, commercial backing tracks, etc.). Live in The Woodlands area, but will travel depending on gig/payment size. Can play any style: Rock (Classic, Alt, Pop, Americana, Light, etc.), Country, Blues, Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Rudimental/Drum Corps/Marching Band, Band Music, and Orchestral.
Also interested in teaching all disciplines/giving lessons.
Have over four decades of Drum Set/Percussion/Music experience spanning several genres. Abilities include last-minute live gig prep, reading music, learning songs quickly, cold session work, regional tours, teaching of all disciplines, including rhythm theory and rudimental playing (private lessons, schools/Colleges, and Drum Corps International.
