We are looking for someone who is humble, hard working, and a team player. They should also be musically competent and passionate in their relationship with Jesus.
Duties would include: (8-10 hours per week)
-Scheduling musicians and vocalist weekly through planning center.
-Choosing set list and communicating that with band weekly.
-Lead Sunday morning rehearsal weekly.
-Lead Sunday morning service in worship weekly.
-Regular communication with Lead Pastor.
-Attend monthly 1st Sunday team lunch with CLT staff.
-Lead occasional House Church worship nights.
-Build a team of passionate worshippers.
-Establish a presence driven worship culture.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and expertise.
