I started playing drums at 13 years old and has played on and off for about 30 years. I have played and recorded with multiple local artists before moving my focus to worship. I served the primary percussionist for a local East Valley Christian church for many years while also providing on-call fill-in drums and percussion for many other local churches which I still do occasionally. Most recently I spent time playing with local groups Crystal Haze, Maasman Band, and The RJ Band.

Influences
I have many influences. Growing up I loved the straight forward power drumming of Lars Ulrich. Some of my more recent influences would be Morgan Rose (Sevendust) due to his unique bass drum technique and rhythms and Chad Szeliga (formerly of Breaking Benjamin) because of his amazing technical ability and use of every part of his drums and cymbals.
