The Agency is seeking a lead guitarist, although we may consider a keyboard player as well. Would need to share lead vocals with four other band members. Examples of the type of songs we’d like this person to sing lead on are Copperhead Rd., Mary Jane’s Last Dance, and Sweet Home Chicago. The Agency is a professional, established, working band which includes some of the most respected musicians in this area (Chris Swiser, Laura Swiser, Ken Duncan). We typically only accept one engagement per month and also practice one or two times a month on a week night. Being able to attend practices is a must. The band is booked thru December, 2017. This is a no-drama band which plays a very wide variety of classic rock with some country and blues thrown in for good measure. Regular bookings at Wild Hogs, Parlor City, Cedar Ridge Winery, New Bo Rock the Block, etc. Looking for someone to start with an April 15 gig at Scooters in Anamosa. Please contact us if you or someone you know may be interested. If you have something recorded you can send us with you singing and playing lead that would be great.

Influences
The Agency plays music from all periods of rock and roll, blues, and country, so the bands song list is very diverse as are our influences. Our set list varies from La Grange by ZZ Topp to Dr, My Eyes by Jackson Browne to I got a Line on You by Spirit to Stormy Monday to She's Got You by Patsy Cline and When Will I Be Loved by the Every Brothers to American Girl by Tom Petty and everything in-between!
