Jim has been playing the piano all his life, but is now playing professionally. He recently released his first album of his own originals. In his playing style he strives for a combination of easy listening, pop and new age music. He is performing in the Lake of the Ozarks area for the Spring/Summer season at various venues.

Influences
Jim has felt the influences of artists such as David Lanz, George Winston, Billy Joel, Elton John, Lionel Richie, and the Beatles. However, the single most influential artist is Jim Brickman, predominantly his earlier works which started Jim on a new path. Brickman’s style of easy listening music taught Jim to completely change and refine his method of playing, enabling him to play solo piano that is filled with simple and beautiful music.
