Band to Join.

The band I gig with the most is Coulda Woulda Shoulda and I've been with them since 2011 playing venues across west Michigan. We are a fun band that will get your party, tavern, bar, or other event jumping with songs spanning many decades.

I also write and performing with the Indie/Pop band Saltmine Canary. We found our drummer here on BandMix and we recorded a five song EP that can be found on our and Reverbnation pages (search for Saltmine Canary).

I have five years experience in a Classic Rock cover band playing venues across west Michigan. When we recorded an album of original material I wrote five of the songs that made it on the CD. Before that I have played guitar and bass in community theater productions, church services, weddings, and with friends.

Of the songs I've posted I played all of the guitar and bass parts on "Lifted" and "Latency." The song "Bust" was one I wrote and recorded as a part of the band Signal Trip, and I play the lead guitar on that song.

I am available for other projects. If your Pop/Indie/Alternative/Rock band is focusing on originals and is looking for a guitar player, or an additional guitar player, feel free to contact me here or at jimbayes at dot com. Maybe something came up and your guitar player can't play a gig and your band doesn't want to cancel and you need somebody to sub, let me know. I can pick up songs quickly and I'm willing to blend in with other musicians. So if you need a guitar player for a short time I am professional and drama-free. It could be fun to contribute to your project. Are you recording demo songs and need a guitar player to add a track to fill out the sound? I have some recording experience, so feel free to contact me at "jimbayes at dot com."
