I'm a 59 year old bass player from Seattle. I spent over 30 years playing the bar scene in Seattle with a couple established classic rock cover bands. In a few tribute bands covering Deep Purple, Stone Temple Pilots and 3 years with the Beatles cover band 'Revolvers. I spent about two years playing out and recording the 3rd Dana Osborn Band CD 'Wooden Cup'.

Influences
When I was a kid I listened to and played a lot of jazz fusion so I'm heavily into Jaco Pastorius and Stanley Clarke. On the heavier side I like listening to Pantera and Metallica so I especially dig the playing of Robert Trujillo and Cliff Burton. Paul McCartney has also been an influence on me.

EQUIPMENT
For basses I currently have a Fender Jazz, a fretless Precision, and an Ibanez SR500. The amp I use to play out is a super reliable crate B200 solid state head with a Peavey 410 cab.
