I am recently retired from the US Navy. I learned a few chords when I was a kid and had some less than stellar equipment to practice with, not to mention no time to practice due to raising a family and job demands. I'm a grown up now with new passion for guitar, as well as the means and dedication to do something about it! I'm taking lessons and have steadily gotten better over the past six months. I would like to grow musically, and I'm looking for a local mentor or "Jam Buddy". I'll even buy the beer!
