ABOUT

My name is Jimmy Cobb and I have been a lead vocalist for 14 years and a guitar player for 8. I also play piano and dabble in a bit of drums. I am also an audiovisual technician and stage laborer by trade. My goal is to gig as much as humanly possible for the right price so I can get my original music aspirations off of the ground. I am also in the process of trying to set up a broadcasting studio for livestreaming to Twitch as another avenue of profit. I write original music, but I also play covers- primarily for the purposes of making money. I don't cut corners when it comes to my original music production, and when the time comes to put it all in the studio no expense will be spared. I do not use digital instruments(with keys being an exception), and I prefer analog recording equipment and techniques. I have a strong desire to work as hard as I possibly can playing music. If you are looking to put the time and work in, and make a strong group- there's a lot of money to be made.

EQUIPMENT

I have a small home recording setup that is getting bigger, and I'm working on putting a PA system together as well. I play a strat and I use a Vox AC15 for now. Want to get the AC30 and possibly a different guitar(or at least just some humbuckers), but my main thing is singing and I mostly have what I need in order to do that.
