We are a part time R&R cover band with scheduled gigs seeking an experienced F voc to share lead vocs with our M voc, harmonies and duets. Looking for someone comfortable with pop, R&B, rock, soul & dance for GB gigs. Outgoing, willing to contribute and collaborate to make the music sound great.
We play lots of different stuff, old and new, nothing very heavy, just rock/soul/dance tunes to keep the ladies dancing, the guys drinking and the bar managers happy. We have 25 years' experience playing local bars, ski resorts, benefits, private functions. We have many gigs scheduled and always more in the works. We currently gig once or twice a month, rehearse one night a week in Andover. We are in the process of adding more songs and different styles to pursue more frequent GB gigs such as corporate functions and weddings.
Maybe you used to be in a band a long time ago and now find you have the need to sing but don't have the time or desire to do it full time. Maybe you're in a band now and want to play some fun gigs with a laid back group of people for some extra gas money (or more). We'd love to hear from you.
Please, please be able to hit your notes - you know if you can really sing or not - have some experience performing for an audience and be able to commit enough time to our relatively light practice/gig schedule, with the potential of a bit more commitment as things progress. Thanks for looking.
