Hey there. My name is John and I'm looking to form a band within the next couple of years within the Vancouver/Portland area. Although I'm young at twenty years old, music has been my passion and putting together a famous band, touring around the world, and making great music has always been my dream. I'm committed full time to music and determined to make a mark in this world. I'm ready to go on that journey.
I'm 20 years old. I'm a singer-songwriter and my main instrument is rhythm guitar. I'm very much a leader, but I'm not looking to lead a group. I'd want my band mates and I to feel equal. I'm not going to lie. I'm a bit of a joker. I've always been witty and a sarcastic kind of a guy, but I also love meeting fellow musicians and I'm friendly person.
I'm looking for band mates that are possibly in the 18-25 age range. It's a plus if you have a good sense of humour and don't get easily offended. That amount of talent you have won't impress me. It's your character that matters. You can't have a band full of prodigies but you all act like assholes to each other, you won't make it. You can't make it without talent either, but if you're worried that there is room to improve, don't even stress about it. We all have time to improve. We never stop getting better as long as you keep at it and pushing past your limits.
