ABOUT

I am an experienced performing musician that graduated in May of 2015 with a B.M. in Music Education from Elizabethtown College and specialized in percussion performance. While at Etown, I was heavily involved with the jazz band, and we performed many times on campus and on tour, including destinations such as New England, the South, Brazil, and South Africa. Two summers ago, I gigged briefly with an "Americana" band named Miss Moses, which was an amalgam of Blues, Country, Folk, and Classic Rock. This past spring, I was called in to play for the Easton Choral Arts Society's performance of Will Todd's jazz "Mass in Blue," and got to perform with prominent D.C. jazz vocalist Lena Seikaly and Raymond Irving, Principal Double Bassist for the Apollo Orchestra. Both were impressed with my ability to confidently perform the music that I had less than 24 hours to prepare (the piece was 45 minutes long).
