I am a musician with over 30 years exerience playing in bands/groups from jazz to metal. In general, I am looking for one of two types of situation and I think in the end it will depend on what other musicians I end up finding.
1. Form an acoustic duo. This would require partnering up with a lead singer, preferably one that can also play either basic acoustic guitar or piano to fill out the mix. I can sing harmonies and even lead on a select song or two as well as keyboard accompaniment.
2. Form a full band playing fun danceable songs from many genres and decades. Here I would ideally play lead guitar, possibly with second guitarist (I am open to trading lead/rhythm duties etc.) but 100% looking for lead vocalist, bass guitar, and keyboards, and maybe horns?. I do know a great a drummer that is interested but I am also open to networking with new drummers too.
