Local musicians looking for a lead guitar player. Experience not all that necessary, but accuracy, confidence, and a good attitude are. This is a "working band" We are not into overly long and unproductive practices. It's get in, get it done, get out. That goes for the gigs also. Rounded playing and great tone are musts. Since it seems most adds on here say no egos, I will put this out there; if you don't have at least a little "ego" about your abilities or have never felt that you played the "chit" out of your guitar, then please don't respond.
