Vocalist, Vocalist - Tenor.

Music is my passion. I’ve been playing drums for 20+ years and also do backup vocals. I play on the semipro level, both originals and covers in genres of: Classic Rock/Alternative Rock/Blues/Funk/Country. Style wise, I find that playing by feel emotionally & dynamically to what the groove of the song calls for, works for me best!

I typically gig mainly on weekends and remain open for work related opportunities i.e. cover or original bands. Hit me up if you have a project.

~At the end of the day, I just love to play~

I draw from many musical influences. Though, I guess you could say I am a rocker at heart! :D

First and foremost, Roger (my Dad) a professional drummer who I grew up with watching and listening to him play County/Rock all my life. In the 90’s I had the privilege to study with Utah’s own legendary Jazz Drummer & Percussionist Jay Lawrence. Then in the late 90’s early 2000’s, I continued my studies with Jazz Drummer Gary Whitesides in the High Desert region of Southern California.

There are so many iconic inspirations out there. But the ones I have drawn from to help develop and create my own identity as a drummer in no particular order are: John Bonham,
Neil Peart, Max Roach, Louie Bellson, Buddy Rich, Dave Weckl, Keith Moon, Dennis Chambers, Charlie Watts, Steve Gadd, Stewart Copeland, Carter Beauford …the list goes on….
