ABOUT
Currently the drummer in Johnny Ringo & The Mojo Hands” covering, Bonamassa, Hendrix, Benoit, Sayce..etc.. I live in the Monroe, WI area.
I have availability for an established band, and I could pick up two shows a month, maybe more depending on the project/distance. I would want to just focus on drumming and not promotions etc… I am looking for a band where everyone is well prepared, professional, and there to rehearse.
I have mainly played rock but have work in Blues, Jazz, and took a crack at New Country. Country is not my strength, but I really enjoyed playing many of the new artist. I am not a double bass artist, love speed metal but don’t play it. I am not a soloist. I am known for keeping it tight and having dynamics. I am not a slave to the metronome, but I will keep an eye on it.
In terms of Tributes, I played in a Van Halen Tribute (first six albums) and Black Crowes Tribute, so I understand how Tributes function.
I have a day job, but my evenings and weekends are mostly available. I am willing to travel for shows, locally, regionally, and further with the right amount of planning.
Been doing this long enough to look over something quickly and determine if there is a shot at me working out.
