ABOUT

John Koscki started writing music to help pass the many hours of solitude that country life can become. He wrote a song that would eventually be called Church Bells for some friends from Chico State that were getting married. It is consider by some to be one of his best songs ever. John sang it at his wedding to his then bride to be GM. After returning to LA, his profession music career began take off with the help of Steve Moore, a drummer for guitar player George Lynch of Dokken and The Lynch Mob. Steve was also a big help in the early days of the Plim Soles. Together they recorded their first album called Honest Eight at Long Beach Community College. After forming Steel Cactus and many years of playing on the road, John stopped playing to take up a more serious songwriting role. He and Tom Hartl have produced 7 albums and now look to produce a greatest hits collection.
