Influences
Harp: many nameless but excellent Latin American harpists, especially llanero style from Venezuela and Colombia.
Also Paraguay, especially Nicolas Carter.
Also celtic influence especially Turlough o'Carolan.
Fiddle: I was part of 1970's revival in West Virginia. Learned by ear, face-to-face, from many very skilled old-timers, whose names would not mean much. Maybe Tommy Jarrell, Clifftop festival, Glenville folk festival.
Also to limited degree harmonica, accordian, ukulele, hand drums/rhythm.
