SEEKING
Vocalist, Drums.ABOUT
We have been together for 13 years as a Pop and Praise music group whose charter is based on giving back to the community. We have performed for the Campbell Easter parade, a downtown San Jose homeless organization Easter Sunday meal, a Cystic Fibrosis conference in Redwood Shores, and many senior residences including The Terraces in Los Gatos, the Saratoga Senior Center, The Carlton Plaza in San Jose, and Cedar Crest in Sunnyvale. Many of the members have performed for a City Team Christmas dinner in San Jose as a brass ensemble.

Influences
The band was created to entertain senior groups at a couple local churches. The main musical influence of the group came from the Tijuana Brass music books that became the bands go-to for entertainment. As time progressed, the band integrated Christian music in our set lists. The band is involved in a regular schedule for leading worship at local churches in the San Jose area.
Members Of Band
The band consists of a brass section, rhythm section and vocalists. All are serious players of various level of skills, but a high level of dedication. We pull from the SJSU music department at various times to find subs.
EQUIPMENT
We have basic equipment, a small PA system, mostly for the vocalists and a keyboard. The brass are sometimes mic'd but mostly play unmic'd. The band does not own a drum set, but has one available to us for our indoor worship services.
