Startin up a my own Christian Metal band. It sort of it's own sub-genre mainly pooling from Black Sabbath , 80s Thrash and 90s-today Symphonic ( Black and Power) metal. I sing and play guitar. I'm an upper- range tenor with Ronnie James Dio (Rainbow,Dio, and Black Sabbath) and Roy Khan (Kamelot) as my main vocal heroes. This amounts to very minor operatic vocals with some screaming in there for good measure. Regarding my leads , don't worry no 5 second solos here I change rhythms frequently and keep it going for around 30 secs generally. I tend to use harmonic minor and the pentatonic scales the most.
