Medley of a few classic R&R songs plus a couple of old standard tunes that were recorded few years ago with a trio and also a quartet playing at various venues.
Forgive me for the addition at the conclusion after the last song…..it’s just my barbaric humor (listen). I also play many jazz tunes and will add them at some point in time; sad to say, it seems like not too much call for jazz and I love playing it.
Presently with a ten-piece swing band every Friday playing standards from the 20's through the 60's plus a lot of jazz standards. Song books we use are: Fakebook Volume I, Ultimate Jazz Fakebook, Real Books and other misc. song books.
I played in numerous classic R&R, C&W and G.B. bands and familiar with just about all the classic and standard tunes from back then to now and I do a great job on playing, vamping and comping on all songs. I also play keyboards and harmonica.
I'm very easy going, a contributor and I like doing my homework. Is anyone out there interested in forming a 3 or more piece jazz, oldies, C&W, R&B, R&R or a big swing band with brass......give me a buzz and let's get it on and start jamming and have some fun.
