Johnny V (John VanWagoner)
John is a singer songrwriter, rocker, and romantic. His voice sings raw in anthems and tender in it's poignant poetry and inspires crowds to sing along, dream along, or get on their feet and dance. Accomplished guitarist, drummer, and possessing a magnetic voice, John brings his own rocker country mix to the melody line, drawing followers in at any venue.
Career highlights include performing with Toto's lead singer, Fergie Frederiksen, Santana's singer, Alex Ligertwood, Joe Bouchard of Blue Oyster Cult and the late John Kilzer. While touring with Abraxis: A Tribute to Santana, John sang vocals and performed on guitar, drums and aux percussion.
Artists that have influenced John's style are Kansas, John Mayer, The Eagles, and James Taylor. He can play most any genre from blues, to jazz, to country and rock.
John is endorsed by Fibonacci Guitars of London, Legator Guitars USA, Burns of London Guitars and Stetsbar Tremelo Systems as well as producing demos for AMI Guitars.
Currently, John has just finished filming a video for his original song, "High Country" released in November 2022.
