I’m looking for a guitarist and drummer for my progressive metal band Our Light Affliction. We’re currently recording our debut album and we released a single on Youtube, Spotify, and other social media. We are hoping to start playing local shows again this summer as things start to open back up (hopefully)! Contact me on here or find me on facebook (Jonathan Colon) or email me at

Main gear: (for live setting)
- Ibanez S Series Iron Label
- PRS Custom 24 SE
- Ibanez Soundgear 5 string bass
- 25W Dual Rectifier + 2x12 Rectifier Cab
- Pedals: Tube Overdrive, Analog Chorus, Digital Delay
- Kontact Komplete Kontrol 88 Key Midi Controller
- Torpedo Captor X (Attenuator/Virtual Cab)

Other gear:
1.) Ibanez RG series
2.) Epiphone Les Paul
3.) Blackstar HT Club 40 Mk I (I’ll mostly like use this for jamming)
4.) some beginner Peavey and Crate Combo amps lol (the crate actually isn’t too bad for vocals when jamming)
5.) A stereotypical cheap drum set I got from craigslist (I wouldn’t be a real guitarist if I didn’t have one lol). We can work out some details later of what to bring over if you’re a drummer, not everything in my kit is useless haha

Home studio: I have a bunch of other stuff I use for recording purposes. I use Reaper and I have a whole bunch of plugin compressors and EQs (including everything CLA.) Right now I mic the Rectifier cab with an SM57 to record guitars, and the mic is going into a scarlet 2i2.
