Hey. I'm Jonathan. I have a fun set list for a small, four piece rock/pop group. I want to play fun, up-beat music that people probably know, & might dance to. I love putting on a show, and the package I want to pitch to bars is very appealing. Mostly covers that everybody knows from all different eras & genres, but I have a few originals I'd like to work in and I'm always open for some great collaboration & adding more originals. I have several songs that I love to play but require a girl to sing. So, check out my /jekl15 site, and you can see who you'd be working with. From you, I want to rehearse once a week solid. I'm in Issaquah, and do have the means to practice at my apt, but would prefer not to if possible. I also want to determine your skill level, because I can't play Lead guitar and I'll have to trust that the all band-mates know the material on their own, without me having to yell keys & chords during songs. I'll be playing drums and singing, but I like to jam on my acoustic for a few, as I think switching instruments is underrated and can be a fun part of a show. Here's the set list, which is very flexible & needs some more current stuff, but if you can't sing most of these songs, then this probably won't work. I don't expect you to know all of them right away, but you must be able to hold a pitch, have stage presence & not be afraid to belt. I've been playing four-hour live shows since I was 13,(now 27) and want to get back into it regularly, rather than sitting on my couch in my headphones. This could be a lot of fun, and also make some extra bucks, (& being seen by people isn't so bad either ;-).
