An experimental, improvised, and weird jazz group. I am going to be playing the xylophone and probably mostly going to function as the bass. My dream group would be piano, xylophone, flute and soprano sax. It is pretty casual and skill levels of any kind are welcome. Some tunes I have in mind are Inchworm, Four on Six, Alice in wonderland and Oleo, but we can decide tunes as a group.
If we can get a group together early enough I have a performance for us in October. I would love to do gigs and I want and need more experience playing gigs. We may also record.
I am looking for a Soprano Sax, Clarinet, a piano player, and anyone who plays instruments in the higher range.
