Vocalist, Vocalist - Tenor, Vocalist - Soprano, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Drums.

Bassist with well-rounded musical knowledge and experience. Many years of professional performance with bands including variety/show, classic rock, original roots rock, blues, R&B, Motown, acoustic rock, a little fusion here and there. Looking to play with other skilled, experienced musicians in the Columbia, SC, area with a goal of playing live shows with minimal ramp-up time. Also available for sub work.

Pros: Seasoned experience, former music minor with well-trained ear, good with arrangements, chords, etc., know a lot of classic pop, rock, R&B, blues material. Quick study, reliable/on time, easy to work with, carry my share of the equipment. Understand the difference between "practice" and "rehearsal." We practice at home, so we can have a productive rehearsal. Experience with band business plans, marketing and website design/administration.

Cons: Not a sight-reader, but very good ear player. Not a "lead" bassist, very little slapping, don't jump around on stage, prefer to be an accompanist and hold down a rock solid rhythm section with the drums. Motto: "Frame the Singer." Very good backup vocalist but not a lead vocalist.
