I am a 60+ year old male, and I've been in bands of different kinds (classic rock, folk, acoustic folk/jazz) almost all my life. I am easy to get along with - no drama - and my idea of a perfect night is to sit around playing music and laughing a lot.

Influences
My bass style is influenced by James Jameson, Paul McCartney, John Entwistle and other rock bassists. However, I love the style of Victor Wooten, and was lucky enough to attend two of his bass/nature camps. I also love the bass style of Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel), Marcus Miller and Stanley Clarke (who I had the pleasure of roadie-ing for in the 70's). On acoustic guitar, I play a classical guitar, no pick.

EQUIPMENT
Fender 1970 Jazz bass, Tobias 5 String, Schecter 4 String fretless. I play through a Trace Elliot Elf Bass amp system - 200 watts, 1 10" cab & 2x8" cab, which is nice for smaller venues.
