E Boro Bandits + Band in Belmar, NJ

The E Boro Bandits are in need of a full time lead guitarist. The band gets a decent amount of work. About 2-4 gigs a week usually paying at least 200 or more depending. We do have day jobs so no touring yet :) . Ideally we need a lead guitarist that would committ to one band as I am tired of finding subs and sometimes even have to turn down work because I cant find guitar. We do a lot of different gigs. We have a rock show, country show, bluegrass show and do weddings. We usually are 6-7 members and also have fiddle and both male/female vocals. Check out our to get an idea if we are a fit. Ability for back up/ lead vocals a must. We are very easy to work with and with the amount of good work we are confident we can find our lead guitarist!
