I have transportation and pro equipment. Although I?d like to get into a steady working band I am available for session/recording work. Will rehearse day or night; weekday?s and/or weekends. I am located in Branchburg, NJ and have been playing bass since 1966.
I have retired from my corporate job and am looking to get back into music. I would like to join a band that plays out at least weekly. EQUIPMENT
My primary basses are a 2010 Gibson SG reissue (my ?Thunder-stick?) and a 1969 Gibson EB-3 (ala Jack Bruce). I also have a Rickenbacker 4001, 2 Fender Jazz basses, a 3/4 size Ibanez bass, a Dean A/E bass, and an active Schecter 5-string bass.
My stage rig is a Hartke LH1000 driving a 4x10 cabinet over a 1x15 plus horn cabinet. At 1000 watts, it's good for almost any venue. For rehearsals, I have 5 combo bass amps from 250 watts down to 30 watts.
