Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Piano, Background Singer, Cello.

Hello, everyone.

(UPDATE: 11/6/2017)
At the moment, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for now. Below is what I've been wanting to create and build for a while (and still do) but 15 months later, it hasn't happened.
Maybe I should rethink things a little and maybe try to create something else or go in a different direction?
All I do know is, whatever I create, build or become part of, I'm still a bassist/songwriter and want to be part of something that will allow me this and except me as such. Something that is fronted by a female singer/songwriter is what I'm looking for and very important to me. Otherwise, I will continue to be a soloist/recording artist. Please feel free to read below.

I hope all is in a good way with you. I know this is kind of long compared to all the other profiles here but, PLEASE bear with me. I know the perfect duo partner will be interested in reading this fully.

I am looking for a Female singer/songwriter ONLY to form a duo with. Thank you for understanding.

I'm in search of a committed, dedicated, and bad ass
FEMALE SINGER/SONGWRITER who is also a GUITARIST (rhythm, lead, and acoustic) to form a duo with me. Willing and ready to share songwriting, lead vocals, and the spotlight with me.

I'm a bassist, songwriter, recording artist and performer. I've been performing, touring and recording for many years. I just released my new solo CD "THE WARMTH OF LOVE & BASS" on August 27th. I am also writing music for my second solo cd as well as my Winter Solstice EP. My style of music writing is a mix of Jazz, New Age, World, Classical and Rock all blending together. As well as acoustics.

I take my music and performing VERY seriously. I work extremely hard at it and I dedicate my life to it but, at the same time, I love laughing, joking and making other people smile and laugh and I do what I can to help others.

My first true love is my bass and music is my passion. I'm looking for someone that will make our music and our duo her passion and only project. I need someone that will put as much of her time and energy into building this duo with me as I will be doing.

I'm looking to build from the ground up a badass duo with you. Collaborate, create music and perform live together. We can talk about and decide on hiring a backup band after we establish ourselves (cellist, drummer, keyboardist, backing vocals) but it will be OUR duo, OUR say. You and I will be up front, it will be our name (whatever name we decide on) and we will be booked as a duo act.

I try to walk barefoot on the earth as often as I can to feel her healings and energies. I would like to create a "Tribal/Earthy" look and style. I have many ideas for a stage appearance that we can talk about but, this is something we can decide together.

I don't want this to be typical or basic. I don't want to be just another band out there. I want more than that. I'm into visual and choreography with a little theatrical type show, not just stand there and play music. I want our music, our style, our looks, our stage show to be noticed and when people leave, they will remember us and want to come back to see us again.

I'd like to do maybe 80% original music and 20% cover songs? But, I don't want to do the same covers that every band out there already plays. I'm tired of hearing the same songs over and over and over :>/ I want to do cover song's that no one covers.

Here are a few song's I'd like to cover but I've got many others. These are to give you an idea of the direction I'd like to go with our own music (both covers and originals) I'd love to do any of these cover songs but not necessarily have to do. This is something else we can decide on together.

Over The Rhine - "Trouble" (you sing lead vocals, I sing harmony vocals) I've always loved the attitude of this song. When we decide to bring in a backup pianist as part of our band, this song will be filled in nicely. Until then, I can play the piano part on my bass.

Slackwax/Anna Leyne "Close To My Fire" (you sing lead vocals, I sing backing vocals)

Ed Sheeran - "I See Fire" (you sing the beginning and the end vocals, both of us sing the rest of the song together)

Moby - "Natural Blue" (I sing lead vocals, you sing backing vocals)

Rag'N'Bone - "Human" (I sing the verses, you sing the chorus and bridge)

Blind Melon - "Change" or "Mother" (You sing lead and I'll sing backing vocals. I'd cover ANY song by Blind Melon with Shannon Hoon singing. If it's in your vocal range.) He's my top favorite male singer/songwriter.

Panic At The Disco - "Emperors New Clothes" (I'll sing the verses, you sing the Chorus)

Any songs by "Rachael Yamagata" She is my top favorite Female singer/songwriter, or "Tracy Bonham" or "Fiona Apple" or "Amy Winehouse"

As well as covering some of your favorite's.

I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas on all of this. I want you to bring your biggest creating block to the table and lets both put our heads together and create something bad ass.

If you'd like to read more about me, Please go to my website to find my bio (my entire music history), all 15 songs (previews) in the order that they will appear in full on my CD and more pictures.

I truly believe the music that you and I create together, will sound completely different and so much better than mine alone and I can't wait. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
