I've been playing bass for around 17 years. I can read music/chord-charts/etc... (though I will admit my sight-reading is not up to speed), and I can solo and improvise. I've played in cover-bands doing everything from 50's pop and soul, to R&B, to funk, to blues, to 80's rock, Alternative, Classic-Rock, and Country, etc... And original bands doing jazz, metal, punk, funk, rock, country, bluegrass, old-time, etc...
I've also played in over a dozen states on tour with a country/rock band.
I play well to a click and have studio experience as well!
I am also available for recording sessions, in studio, or remote recording.
My vocal abilities are about average, I can hold my own as a front-man in some cases, and some harmonies are within my ability, but I am not a virtuoso vocally by any means. Contact me at: jswigal (at) (dot) com.
