ABOUT

I have been studying drumset for five years and have gigged regularly for more than two. R&B, funk, jazz, swing, blues, and Latin are my primary styles. I love entertaining and playing music and can mix in well with any crowd. I am completely drug and alcohol free. My belief is that one has the power to do anything once the mindset is in place.

Currently I am looking to join a band who would like to play authentic classic rhythm and blues and soul music, jazz and/or blues. Also looking to join a band with repertoire that included standards. Please give me a call at 410-370-8381.

Music will include that of James Brown, Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Wilson Pickett, as well as that of various other '60s & '70s rhythm & blues/soul artists. I need at least one of each of the following: keyboards, guitar, bass guitar, trumpet, tenor/alto sax, trombone. You must have at least one year of gigging experience and specialize in your chosen instrument. At rehearsals, music will be learned mainly by fake book charts.
