ABOUT

I am a high baritone who is classically trained who could fit in many types of bands from rock, indy rock, funk,jazz, r and b, and blues. I can make my voice husky and hard or soft and r and b, and sometimes i can even sound a little southern rock or country. I am very flexible. I am willing to do cover bands and original music. I band that is serious about making money and gigging is a plus. Artistically i would love to genre-bend and be original, but I am open to any opportunity. fyi: i'm a dad.

Influences

Radiohead, Sufjan Stevens, Tom Waits, Bruce Springsteen, almost all classic rock, i like heavier stuff like system of the down and rage against the machine, i like some heavy metal too, but i love the first four artist up there a lot. i also love to get soulful and funky musically, galactic is band that comes to mind as far as funk. i really respect a lot of jam bands but never got to into that scene. i love music period. and i can sing a lot of different styles.
