Background was more blues oriented, but my tastes have evolved towards bluegrass, country and other "Americana" types of music. I especially enjoy the more modern acoustic music played on bluegrass instruments. Playing in an informal setting with some degree of focus appeals to me at this point, with possible part-time gigging later on. Currently building resonator guitars and Weissenborn style acoustic steel guitars.
