I just put out an album, it has already gotten air play. My previous release was played on bbc, npr, wfmu and a bunch of other stations.
I sing in Russian , French, Polish, gypsy. It's basically world music, somewhat folk, rock, psychedelic.
The most successful clans I recorded with are all over the world.
Right now I play out in a duo format with an upright bassist. we are seeking other musicians to join us.
I am looking mainly for accordionist and percussionist ( jemble , cajon , etc) and maybe some other less common instruments. I have connections in SF, NYC, London where we could easily get gigs and radio support.
I am really looking to team up with commited and fun, creative people to conquer Los Angeles and go tour worldwide . Think of it as world music, all kinds of nationalities and backgrounds are welcome.
