The Julia Turner Band, a San Francisco Bay Area start-up blues band, is a new project comprised of Julia Turner on lead vocals, Eddie "B-Boy" Neon on guitar, a long-time fixture on the Bay Area blues scene and head of Eddie Neon Blues; Mindy Canter on flute/keyboards/B3, lead of Mindy Canter and the A-List, who has played with numerous top musicians and blasts out her unique blend of blues, jazz, funk, and soul; Mike Coll on harmonica, a vivacious new talent discovered by Eddie Neon; and Joe Molina on drums, a Las Vegas fixture by way of Maui, now located in the East Bay.
