Hello my name is Justin Smith and I'm thirty years old and am currently seeking a band that is actually busy. I've been playing since I was twelve and have always been around the classic country and bluegrass genres, but have experimented before with rock and other types of genres. I currently at the moment play with a bluegrass group right now doing all the flat picking and the occasional lead singing and tenor. I just want to find a band that stays busy and plays a show more than twice a year.

EQUIPMENT

I have currently my favorite guitar is a 2004 Martin D-42 that I do most of my flat picking with. I have a 57' reissued American made Stratocaster. A MIM telecaster that has been beefed up with custom shop pick-ups. A MIM Fender Jazz Bass that is pretty awesome it's also one of my favorites. A Morgan Monroe MMS-8 mandolin, and a Gibson F-style Fern plays like a dream. And as far as amps to I have a Fender Deville 210 which I like to get my country sound chicken pickin'. For bass I have a Gallien Kruger twelve combo not much but it gets the job done. And my pedal setup consists of a Ernie Ball Jr. volume, Boss Noise Suppressor, Boss Tuner, Boss Delay, Boss Compression Sustainer, Boss super overdrive pedal to give my sound a little crunch.
