I've been playing for about 8 years now and doing small gigs locally for about 2 but have yet to get together with a serious full band due to poor location (small town NC). There is just a huge lack of young serious musicians where im from. I come from a long line of pickers its just in our blood i reckon. I write and sing and play bass mainly but can play mediocre harmonica, dobro and rhythm guitar. My closest vocal comparisons (according to other people) range from Chris Robinson to Ronnie Van Zant to Gram Parsons. I have a real passion for blues-rock type things and think i could be a real asset to any band with the same sound in mind. You can here a few of my recordings at ./oldtimeyman
