ABOUT

I'm a versatile and flexible singer/ guitar player and I'm looking for someone(s) to jam with, write with and hopefully play out with. I don't have a specific style or anything in mind; I'd much rather go with the flow and create interesting music regardless/in spite of genre expectations.

Anyway, here's some recordings of me.

Influences

My musical influences/interests range wildly from classical to rock to hip hop, although I largely listen to experimental, grunge, alt rock, and punk. A few of my biggest influences include Local H, Faith No More, the Distillers, Hole, Paramore, Fall Out Boy (pre-break up), Coheed and Cambria, Oingo Boingo, Nirvana...
Vocals are a different ballgame, and some influences include Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Ann Wilson, and the like (please don't let that scare you off, I want to rock, not pop. Lol)

EQUIPMENT

Larynx (haha)
A few acoustic guitars, nothing fancy. I would probably play my Dean since it plugs in. I have a Marshall practice amp. Anyway, I'd be happy to invest in gear as needed.
