I’m a guitarist seeking a drummer, bassist, and keys/synth player to develop a gigging band. Looking for players at the intermediate skill level or higher. The goal is to create a set list of original material and some choice covers to start performing this spring. Originals will represent elements of post-punk, r&b, psychedelia, funk, and more. If you’re interested, please be prepared to rehearse once/week. To ensure a good fit, you’ll need to be:

- COVID-19 sensitive and fully vaccinated

Influences
I’m thankful for so many. My playlist in frequent rotation is varied and includes jazz, afro psychedelia, and early 70s alternative. Bands most prominently featured are Television, The Replacements, Minutemen, Wipers, Clash, X, Mission of Burma, Pavement, Feelies, and some local artists I’ve only recently discovered (e.g. Dominic Lavoie). I gravitate strongly to material that combines a sense of urgency, rawness, melodic twists, and a lack of posturing.
