Seeking established band of any size and type that works steadily. I am willing to travel for the right working band. Currently gigging in a classic rock/80's band, part time since the pandemic. In addition, I sub with various acts, but seeking one established band to commit to. I am willing to commute for gigs and rehearsals. I am a pro for many years and excellent working a crowd. I have emceed entire weddings and corporate affairs. I am a natural with harmony and can add a 3rd or 5th even if I don't know a particular song. I am told I sound just like Karen Carpenter. I do all styles ranging from Pop such as Rihanna, Pink, Beyonce, Jewel, Jennifer Lopez, No Doubt, Kesha, Lady Gaga to Country such as Kathy Matea, JoDee Messina, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, Pistol Annies, Patsy Cline, Shania Twain, Bonnie Raitt, June Carter to Rock such as Benatar, Joan Jett to 80's such as Blondie, the Pretenders, Stevie Nicks to Blues, Motown and Jazz Standards. One of the videos is Superstar with a duo I worked in Staten Island with "Flower Power." I am very versatile and wear many hats. The videos here are raw and do not represent all of my various styles. Have always wanted to do a tribute act. I am a Mezzo Soprano/Alto 1 and I also teach voice and beginning piano. Been in all size bands ranging from duos to 11 piece corporate horn bands. Sang in all venues ranging from bar/restaurants, to large A room clubs, to casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, to the lounge/hotel circuit on the road, to concert halls in front of 10,000 plus people. (was previously on the road with the well known band, The Boxtops, hit song "The Letter" from the 60's..did a tribute to Grace Slick and others.) Sang all over the USA and parts of Canada and Europe. Some say the clear tones in my voice remind them of a combination of Annie Lennox meets Karen Carpenter. I consider that a wonderful compliment!
